Samsic übernimmt Mehrheit der Epex Group

Der französische Konzern Samsic hat die Mehrheit der Epex Group (Neu-Ulm) übernommen. Das im Gebäudemanagement tätige Unternehmen wurde 2001 gegründet und beschäftigt deutschlandweit mehr als 1.700 Mitarbeiter. Für 2017 sind 40 Millionen Euro Umsatz geplant.
