In only a few weeks, the WFBSC Congress (September 18–20, 2017) will be opened by EU Commissioner Günther Oettinger. For the first time in its history, the Bundesinnungsverband des Gebäudereiniger-Handwerk (BIV) is organizing the world’s most important congress for international building service providers. In accordance with the significance of this event, other prominent keynote speakers will be featured alongside Günther Oettinger: WFBSC President Thomas Dietrich, Berlin Mayor Ramona Popp and EFCI President Yvan Fieremans are among the guests. Of course, when mentioning prominent speakers, Daniel Domscheid-Berg cannot be forgotten. His speech on the “Chances and Risks of Digital Networking” focuses on the central issue of the Congress – digitization. An entire day (Tuesday, September 19, 2017), entitled “Cleaning in a Digital World – Processes, People, Technology”, will be dedicated to this very exciting complex of themes as well as include a panel discussion. The Congress program promises many more interesting topics and presentations where participants can trade information. Above all, digitization and its impact on the future management of companies as well as its influence on people and their daily work will provide plenty of material for discussion. Participants will have the unique opportunity to exchange information with colleagues from around the world, to profit from their experiences, and of course, to make valuable contacts. Combine your trip to Berlin for the CMS, which you have certainly noted in your calendar, with participation in the Congress. This kills two birds with one stone. The trade fair will provide professional information in concentrated form and the WFBSC Congress will give you the knowledge and tools you need to orient your company to the challenges of the future!
