customer service must be on the spot as quickly as possible to
make the necessary repairs or if necessary, provide us with a
replacement. And this works reliably.”
For many years, the building services company has worked with
Hako. It uses scrubber dryers and vacuum sweepers of all sizes
in the various objects it takes care of. “In the context of machine
management, we offer customers the suitable cleaning machine
for the object and task,” explains the Hako sales representative of
the Rhine-Main branch, Wilhelm David. “We can thus guarantee
our customers the highest efficiency and cleaning performance.”
One thing is clear. Robust technology suited to the respective
requirements is very necessary. “But our employees play the
most important role. They ensure our success. Our on-site service
employees are there from the first day of school on. They do their
work reliably and well,” says Wolfgang Scherer in praise of his
staff. “We all pull together and work as a team. Our clients confirm
this repeatedly.”
The good cooperation on all sides is also confirmed by Misael
Klaic.
“Whether it’s the basic cleaning tasks during the long school
vacations,
the daily maintenance or special cleaning operations,
they are reliably completed. Our declared goal is that students feel
comfortable with us. The external conditions are organized so that
we always offer them a clean environment.” N

are sometimes in the building until 6:00 p.m. due to
the wide variety of recreational activities, the noise level of the
cleaning
machines must account for this.
In addition, the suction performance must be excellent. “It is
imperative
to prevent slipping accidents,” says Zimmermann.
Students,
teachers and administrators must not slip on the
wet surfaces; the floors must be able to be walked on under all
circumstances
– even right after wet-cleaning. In this case, the
suction foot ensures excellent vacuuming results, even when
cornering,
and thus the required safety on the floors.
Schoolyard sweeper
Twice a week, the ride-on vacuum sweeper – further equipped
with a side-broom and two large garbage containers – is used
to clean the approximately 3,500 square meter schoolyard. Two
sandboxes and a large playground area with wood chips ensure
great amounts of dirt. Featuring the standard Take-it-easy system,
both containers can be individually and conveniently emptied. The
driver does not have direct contact with the dirt. The easy-to-use
container lift enables the filling level to be checked at any time
or bulky materials to be manually thrown in. Tasks are always
performed efficiently and well. The machine can also sweep very
close to edges, which increases its efficiency. A speed-controlled
gasoline engine minimizes the work noise in exterior areas. “This
is important during school hours,” emphasizes
Klaic once again.
Good cooperation a prerequisite
“Flexibility and reliability are number one on our agenda,” says
Wisag branch manager Wolfgang Scherer about his company’s
philosophy. “For this reason, we need robust cleaning machines.
We also value excellent service and good on-site support. We must
be able to reach our contact person day and night, or on weekends,
for example. If one of the cleaning machines should malfunction,
The smaller machine with a 43 centimeters working width is used
among other things in the corridors.
