For the first time ever, the WFBSC will also meet in Berlin this year – parallel to the leading trade fair for cleaning systems, building management and services. ŽŽFrom 18th to 20th September 2017, the World Federation of Building Service Contractors (WFBSC) will meet in the German capital. The headline topic is "Cleaning in a Digital World - Processes, People, Technology". The conference is regarded as the most important industry gathering in the world. What is the significance and impact of the digitalisation of industry and society on the commercial cleaning sector? What challenges will the industry have to face in the future? The conference gives participants a chance to discuss these and similar issues. The impact on people – employees as well as customers – and automation will be the focus of the programme (excerpt).
